“I love the emergency response aspect and customer service.  I really enjoy getting to meet our customers face to face at the start of their disaster when things seem the worst.  When confusion and stress is at its highest for the customer.  Explaining to the customer what to expect from their insurance carrier, and from us throughout the process is important to me.  Setting the expectation is a mantra of mine. I notice a visible calm come over the customer after an initial site inspection.  I then enjoy the thrill of exceeding the expectations set if possible.”
